JSOC PROJECT
This ECIP renewable energy project involved replacement of controls, 160 VAV boxes, mechanical piping, ductwork and fuel/oil meters throughout 6 buildings on the base. This project originated because the owner wanted to remove the old pneumatic controls and upgrade to a DDC system.
This project had a 6-month window for completion, and it was important that the project get done on time. CCI completed this project 2 months earlier than projected without any budget increases.
