David Kunda

President

David Kunda joined Carolina Chillers, Inc. in 2016. Initially, David started with CCI as the General Sales Manager and was responsible for overall customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention and well as providing day-to-day leadership for the sales team.  Since then, David has assumed operational responsibilities of both the Service and Controls Departments for CCI before becoming President earlier in 2021.  David has spent 16 years in various roles throughout the industry, to include General Management, Operations, Service and Sales.  Originally from Hinesville, GA, David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United State Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD and received his Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.  David currently resides with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, three dogs and two cats in Summerville, SC.  He is heavily involved in coaching youth sports programs such as soccer, football, and baseball, and enjoys hunting, fishing and boating in his spare time. 


Robert Holseberg

Robert joined Carolina Chillers in 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer.  He is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Robert most recently held the role of Plant Controller for JW Aluminum, a rolled aluminum manufacturer located in Charleston SC.   His experience includes being the Manager of Financial Information Systems for a publicly held Software Company. 


Preston Johnson

Svp, business development

With almost 30 years of experience in the HVAC service and management, Preston Johnson is a founding member of CCI and currently oversees the business development and sales side of CCI. A native Charlestonian, Preston received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel. Prior to starting CCI, Preston worked at Suggs Sales & Service/Trane. Preston currently resides in Hollywood, SC with his wife, Rhonda, and two children, Preston Jr. and Alexa. Preston enjoys boating, hunting and other activities with his family.


Kee Farmer

Kee Farmer has been a member of the CCI team since 2005 and is currently the Department Head of the Construction Division. He grew up on a farm in the small town of Sumter, South Carolina and worked there during his formative years. After graduating high school, Kee attended Bob Jones University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He then spent several years in the insurance and financial services industry before making his permanent home at CCI. Kee enjoys spending time with his wife and 8 children as well as being active in his church. Some of his hobbies include home construction project, dirt bikes, four wheelers, and time in the gym.


Ken Horne

SVp, Service and safety

Ken started in the business as a technician with the Trane Company in 1993 after an enlistment in the US Navy. In January of 2002, he and business partners founded Carolina Chillers, Inc.  Ken is currently the Senior Vice President of Service and Safety.  In this role, he coordinates the operations, training, and technical support of the company as well as the acting Safety Administrator. Ken and his wife Ericka live in Moncks Corner, SC with three children and one granddaughter.


Paul Jostworth

Service Operations Manager

Paul Jostworth joined Carolina Chillers in December 2023 and currently serves as our Service Operations Manager.  Paul is a seasoned professional with a rich background in service operations and leadership.  Prior to joining Carolina Chillers, Paul served as the President and CEO of TDG Facilities, a company he co-founded in 2013.  Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Paul worked with such companies as General Electric, Schneider Electric, and EMCOR.  Paul earned an Associate Degree in Construction Management from Cincinnati State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Paul's commitment to excellence is not limited to the professional arena; he is deeply invested in building a life of significance in Charleston. Family is at the core of Paul's values. Married for over 30 years, Paul and his wife Teresa have been blessed with eight children, forming a strong foundation of love and support.
